The Netherlands has a few good Sisterlocticians anyway, that's not the problem. I still know Chantel Zalmijn from Devine Hair Solutions and Kora Prior from Amba Beauty from the hair shows we did years ago. The thing is that they are both in different cities. Chantel in Rotterdam and Kora in Almere. That not only costs extra time, but also money.
The last time I went to Kora it cost me 30 euros extra because I was on the wrong train and had to go from Almere Poort to Almere Buiten. So I took a taxi to not be late, but that was a shock. All the more reason to really look for a Loctician in the area.

Luckily I got Sandra's number. Not only an experienced loctician who has had locs for years, she also lives a 15 minute walk from me. So I was super happy, but then you have to wait and see if it really works out.
Sandra exceeded my expectations. She takes her time, is not hard handed and also super friendly. We could find it right away. I had a huge outgrowth and as you can see my hair was very uneven. In the 12 years that I have had locs, I have never cut my hair.
When Sandra asked if I wanted to cut my hair, I thought, that's not what I came for, but why not? She got her scissors and got to work. I have to say, it does look better. A few days ago I got a compliment from people who saw my hair from behind. I can only say that I am more than happy with my new loctician.
