Om uw juiste maat te vinden, gebruikt u een meetlint en neemt u deze metingen. Ga met je rug recht voor een spiegel staan, zodat je zeker weet dat je goed meet en het meetlint waterpas blijft.

1. BUSTE
Meet onder je oksels, rond je schouderbladen en over het volste deel van je buste. Trek niet te hard aan het meetlint. Voor het passen van een bh heb je ook de maat net onder je buste nodig.

2. TAILLE
Meet rond uw natuurlijke taille. Dit is het smalle deel van je middel, ongeveer 2,5 cm boven je navel. Ontspan en adem uit voordat u gaat meten.

3. HIP
De heup moet rond het breedste deel worden gemeten (ongeveer 20 cm onder je middel).

4. BINNENSEAM
Dit is de maat van je enkel tot je lies, als je met gestrekte benen staat. Vraag indien mogelijk een vriend om je te helpen. Dit kan ook gemeten worden aan een broek met de juiste lengte.
