    It was a pricey purchase, and there were difficulties with getting it for the sale price and with exorbitant shipping cost to Canada (turned out the discount was either one or the other due to customer service error). It took a long time to arrive. And then the instructions were in Chinese which took more customer service assistance. A bit fed up by that point. It's hard to tell how much of a difference it made, though my locs do seem to be feeling better than before. It may take a few more sessions before the effects can be definitive, in which case I will edit this review.
