When the pressure buttons are doing their job of getting to the acupoints to unlock tension, it hurts. It feels like a deep tissue massage on your soles so wear socks to ease the pain or just take them off if it hurts too much.
Recommendation
Wear these:
- In the morning when you make your bed, brush your teeth, shave or do your hair.
- When you are behind your laptop or in between Zoom-meetings so that when you get up and start walking, your body releases tension immediately.
Notes:
- The white ones hurt more than the brown ones.
- Start slowly with a few minutes. Wear socks if you have to.
- Wear socks and don't go for 15 minutes on the first day.
- Sitting with the slippers on doesn't give you benefits because there is not pressure.

How to take your measurements
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.
1. BUST
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don€™t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
3. HIP
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).
4. INSEAM
This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.

Could feel the sensation almost as soon as I stepped into these slippers. I started in a sitting position and gradually used more pressure by standing. Within a couple of days I was able to walk around in them for several minutes. So far I am pleased with the purchase and will continue to use them to increase blood circulation throughout my body.

The shoes hurt my feet. I expect a pair of brown shoes but I received a black pair; my misunderstanding, the brown was the color of the acupuncture springs. There were a couple loose springs in the package too.

My legs and back were getting stiffer and stiffer during the pandemic months to the point that I had to do something. So, I tried these slippers
The minute I put them on, I felt the blood in my legs flowing and tension relieved. Then the pins started to hurt so I took a break then tried them again.
Now, I have a routine. I put them on in the morning when I get up and wear them while making the bed, brushing my teeth and washing my face. I keep them on while fixing breakfast and without thinking about it, I got my 15 minutes of acupressure ready to start the day.
2 months later, my legs and back stiffness is gone, I get up easily, I am pain free.
They are really worth it. Don't order them if you can't stand a little pain though.
