Where we ship from
Depending on the item and current stock, your order may ship from California, New York, Dallas, Indonesia, China, Suriname, or Rwanda.

How long do orders usually take to ship?
As soon as you place your order, our fulfillment center gets to work processing it right away.

• Processing & packing: Ground orders typically take 3–4 business days to be packed and shipped.
• Tracking email: You should receive your tracking email within 5 days of placing a ground order.
• Transit time (after shipping): Once your order ships, ground shipments typically arrive in 4–5 business days for local destinations, and 5–10 business days for destinations outside the local shipping zone.

Made-to-order items
Made-to-order products can take up to 3 weeks to be processed, created, and fulfilled before they ship.

Expedited shipping
Expedited orders must be placed by 9:00 AM Eastern Time to be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day.
