Q1:How many pieces can make a full head?
A1:Each bundle hair is around 100g, longer hair may seem thinner than the short. If you need it shorter than 20 inches, we suggest 4 bundles. Usually, it takes 3-4pcs to fully install a head, and according to the length of the hair, normally we would highly recommend you to purchase one more piece when the hair length is over 16 inches.
Q2: How is the quality?
A2:Completely 100% virgin hair without any mix. We would like to clearly state that it's perfectly normal for human virgin hair to have dry ends, for it just lose the nutrition and health care for some time. Just nurse it with some hair oil or other conditioners, there will be no negative effects on the quality of hair.
Q3: Tangle feeling?
A3: Commonly, hair extension may get tangled due to dryness, build-up of oil and dirt, using of salt water or chlorine and not combing for some time. Make sure to wash and condition you hair at least once a week, if possible, twice a week would be better. You may use hydrating drops for your hair.
Q4:Shedding?
A4: All hair get shedding, even the our own hair, it's just the defference of more or less. All of our hair weft is double layers and machine made, usually, its weft is neat enough, since u would cut it into pieces before installation, just seal the weft again it will be strong enough.
Q5: How to deal with the odor?
A5: Some of the clients may talk about the odor when receiving the hair, there is no need to worry about this, after co-washing and nursing it for some time, the odor will disappear.
Q6: How long does it last?
A6: For hair is in such high quality, it may last for more than one year under proper care and nurse.
Q7: What kind of the hair health care products should be used?
A7: Use high quality shampoo and conditioners which wil be able to make your hair soft and shiny. Try to use some gel and spray styling products to keep your hair in its style. And olive oil would be a good choice to make your hair healthy.
Q8: What occasions can i go with the new extension?
A8: Bathing, swimming, going out in the wind and rain, playing sports, joining a party etc. You can go with your new extension on the occasions above. Your new hair will looks as fabulous as real hair no matter when it's dry or wet. However, there is one thing for you to take care, extensive water exposure will loosen the bonding of hair, so u must carefully dry it afterwards. When u go swiming, we'd like to highly recommend u to put on a cap.

How to take your measurements
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.
1. BUST
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don€™t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
3. HIP
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).
4. INSEAM
This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.
