Comment prendre vos mensurations
Pour trouver votre taille correcte, utilisez un ruban à mesurer et prenez ces mesures. Tenez-vous debout, le dos droit devant un miroir, pour vous assurer que vous mesurez correctement et que le ruban à mesurer est maintenu à niveau.

1. BUSTE
Mesurez sous vos aisselles, autour de vos omoplates et sur la partie la plus large de votre buste. Ne tirez pas trop fort sur le ruban à mesurer. Pour ajuster un soutien-gorge, vous avez également besoin de la mesure juste sous votre buste.

2. TAILLE
Mesurez autour de votre taille naturelle. C'est la partie étroite de votre taille, à environ un pouce au-dessus de votre nombril. Détendez-vous et expirez avant de mesurer.

3. HANCHE
La hanche doit être mesurée autour de sa partie la plus large (environ 8 pouces sous votre taille).

4. ENTREJAMBE
C'est la mesure de votre cheville à votre aine, lorsque vous vous tenez debout avec vos jambes droites. Si possible, demandez à un ami de vous aider. Cela peut également être mesuré sur une paire de pantalons de la bonne longueur.
