The long silver cuff doesn’t hold all of my locks. It doesn’t even hold most of my locs without serious manipulation and if I move my head just a little bit the hair is coming out of the cuff. The smaller gold cuff doesn’t even get some of the locs in. They are pretty but I can’t use them. I do wish they worked in my hair because they are pretty cool looking.
Hello, there is a trick to this. For those of whom their locs don't fit in the cuff, use a hairband to keep the locs together and slide the cuff over it. The cuff doesn' need to close. This Batana oil is made in China. It is not authentic and there’s hardly any of the distinctive burnt coffee/tobacco scent to it. I purchased authentic Batana oil that came directly from Honduras from a very reputable company. The difference between the two is very noticeable, from the color, scent, texture and color. I purchased this Batana oil before I purchased the authentic Batana oil. After doing my due diligence of asking many questions and watching YouTube videos, I am more knowledgeable on Batana oil and what to look for. It’s a shame how the product is being portrayed to be authentic and people are being deceived.
Hello Kim. I am sorry you are disappointed and we will research this but here is what I can tell you. We tried Batana oil from different vendors, all said to be pure from Honduras, yet there was still a noticable difference in smell and texture, one seemed more solid and rough, while another was more liquid and smooth.
Our experience with an oil like like pure coconut oil has taught us how different the same oils can be from different regions. While coconut oil in the US always seems to be have a nice smell, sometimes it is flavored and coconut oil can be pure but not have that same smell. I do appreciate your feedback.

This dress did not fit me at all. While I do have a small frame, I was quite shocked by how the dress draped over me in all the wrong places.
Conversing with customer service was definitely an opportunity for me to demonstrate patience, however they eventually did respond and remedied the situation- which is why I added a star.
Sorry but we do offer small and even extra small but those are made to order by our tailor in Indonesia. This service is more expensive and delivery takes longer but our goal is to cater to women of all sizes.

I sent an email yesterday asking to return this. It is simply too big and shapeless on me and the fabric is not what I had hoped. I do think it is great for larger women, particularly ethnic women.

I've used the glove on my locs several times. I like the way it makes my locs look and feel after I use the glove. I can tell the difference in the fly away hairs and the feel of my locs. I can't wait to see how the glove soaks up the water after a wash.

I accidentally ordered 1, thinking I had ordered a pair, so I reached out to them via their chat feature on their website, and they got back to me right away and allowed me to pay the $5 difference via PayPal for the second glove instead of having to order a second glove at the individual pricing. I got the blue gloves and they left blue lint in my hair.
ok these people actually put up with my bs and it actually came so yeah I dunno if I was talking to a bot but they're legit. I was nervous as heck getting something from a place with little to no reviews but not a scam. It fits comes with cleaning instructions and is light, if it wasn't dry clean hand wash only it'd be about as close to perfect as you can get for a ren fair. But nothing is perfect so yeah we're good. I like it, took me years to get my hands on a ren fair dress but finally got one, if something happens to this one I know where to look first.

I got 2 of these dresses in different color combos. Very pretty - but SUPER long! I'm not a short person, either. Had to chooses size to fit body, but - they trail on the floor. Don't know how to style this to fix it. Not happy, considering price I paid.
