International Vendors
What Naturals Love works with vendors located around the world, including in Africa, the Caribbean, and South America. For items shipped directly from international vendors, please allow 12 to 30 days for delivery. The estimated timeframe is stated on each product page.
We ship to most countries worldwide. If you are outside the United States, use the language selector on our website to shop in your language.
Customers pay a single shipping and handling fee per order, even when ordering from multiple vendors.
Shipping to Suriname
Shipments to Suriname are dispatched once per week. Once your order arrives in Suriname, you will receive a notification to collect your package at our partner parcel service in Paramaribo City or Noord. Any additional local parcel handling costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Import Duties & Customs
Depending on your country of residence and the origin of your item, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other government-imposed charges upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not collected or controlled by What Naturals Love.
Payment of import duties and customs fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.
Note for US customers: As of May 2, 2025, the US federal government eliminated the de minimis exemption for all countries. This means all international packages entering the United States, regardless of value or country of origin, may now be subject to import duties. These charges are assessed and collected by US Customs and Border Protection, not by What Naturals Love.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement. To file a damage claim, please contact our Customer Support team via the Contact Us form and include:
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Clear photographs of the damaged packaging
The damaged item must be returned to our returns address, which will be provided by our Customer Support team upon approval of your claim.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, failure to clear customs, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs of $10 per item will also be deducted. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been packed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Support team immediately via the Contact Us form. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and standard return policy applies.
Delays & Disruptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, natural events, carrier disruptions, or transfers between carriers. During peak holiday periods or limited edition launches, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
