WNL.com ships to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Customers only pay one fee for shipping and handling even when ordering from different vendors. The average shipping fee for delivery in the USA  and to Suriname is $7.95*. International shipping starts at $13.98.

The processing time for orders from US vendors is 1-3 business days. 


International Vendors
From Ghana in Africa to Suriname in South America, our vendors are located everywhere in the world so the delivery times vary a great deal. For shipments from these vendors please check the item and take 12 to 30 days into account for delivery.

Shipping to Suriname
Our shipments to Suriname go out once a week. Once arrived in Suriname you will get a notice so you can pickup your order at our partner parcel service in Paramaribo City or Noord. You will be responsible for any additional parcel cost.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. We appreciate your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

DAMAGE
If your order was damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to offer you a free of charge replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team via Contact us Form.

Please note that you will have to provide us with:
1. Pictures of the damaged item.
2. Pictures of the damaged packaging.

**The damaged item will have to be returned for inspection to our return address provided by our Customer Support Team**

***Please note that not clearing the item out from customs, refusing or not claiming the order, providing a wrong address might cause the parcel to return back to us or be disposed of, in such case, a restocking fee of 15% will apply as per standard return policy, furthermore, $10/device return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund***

Cancellation Policy


Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
