As soon as you make a purchase, your order is processed to get your item delivered asap. Ground orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Tracking emails can take up to 3 days to be received after a ground order is placed.
Delivery usually takes 4-5 days. However depending on your location it can take up to 5-10 business days to locations in the USA.
Expedited shipments must be placed by 9 am Eastern Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.
From Ghana in Africa to Suriname in South America, our vendors are located everywhere in the world so the delivery times vary a great deal. For shipments from these vendors please check the item and take 12 to 30 days into account for delivery.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
If your order was damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to offer you a free of charge replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team via Contact us Form.
Please note that you will have to provide us with:
1. Pictures of the damaged item.
2. Pictures of the damaged packaging.
**The damaged item will have to be returned for inspection to our return address provided by our Customer Support Team**
***Please note that not clearing the item out from customs, refusing or not claiming the order, providing a wrong address might cause the parcel to return back to us or be disposed of, in such case, a restocking fee of 15% will apply as per standard return policy, furthermore, $10/device return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund***
